I offer online therapy for individuals and couples who prefer to meet remotely or who are unable to attend sessions in Amsterdam. I regularly work with expats and international clients seeking therapy in English or Romanian, and online therapy can be a practical way to continue therapy even when life circumstances or locations change.

How Online Therapy Works

Online therapy sessions take place via secure video call. During the initial consultation we explore your concerns, your personal and relational context, and determine whether online therapy is appropriate. If we decide to proceed, we formulate goals and a treatment plan together.
